Biography
- Thomas C. Adler cried on his first day at North Star Camp for boys—and got a face full of puddling. He told his parents he did not want to go to camp and hated camp that first day. Forty-five years later, he's still at it., serving as co-director of Chippewa Ranch Camp for girls, in Eagle River, Wisconsin. Thomas owned and operated Chippewa for 27 years. Thomas was raised in St. Joseph, Missouri, and resides in the "off-season" in Tuscon, Arizona, with his wife, Pamela, and dog, Oscar. Thomas has two grown daughters, Abigail and Anne B. Each attended Chippewa Ranch Camp for over twenty years.
