Are you hoping to move to a leadership position in your organization? Then this book is for you! Leadership requires specific skills, but for many leaders in small organizations, the opportunities to work on those skills are often buried under an avalanche of duties, tasks, and responsibilities. This book, along with the accompanying workbook CD, is designed to help you hone your leadership skills through the use of psychological research, self-evaluation, and feedback. Additionally, this volume will provide you, the camp coach, with training materials to cultivate and develop leadership skills in your team of group leaders. |
