Biography
- Dr. Jim Cain is the author of numerous books filled with activities for creating unity, community, connection, engagement, leadership, and teamwork though active learning, including Teamwork & Teamplay, A Teachable Moment, Teambuilding Puzzles, The Revised and Expanded Book of Raccoon Circles, and Essential Staff Training Activities. He has trained staffs in 46 states and 17 countries (so far).
- Clare Marie Hannon is the director of support services for the Association of C5 Youth Foundations and served previously as director of professional development for the Camp Coca-Cola Foundation, a camp and conference center director, and a youth-development specialist. She is a curriculum writer, program facilitator, and staff trainer and is the founder and director of TLC Training Resources. She has facilitated organizational development and staff training for hundreds of organizations throughout the United States.
- Dave Knobbe is the executive director of the C5 Youth Foundation of Austin, Texas. He has held leadership positions with youth-development agencies including Wyman Center in St. Louis and the Camp Coca-Cola Foundation in Atlanta for the past 18 years. Dave loves the challenges of curriculum development and staff training but still misses the old days of leading caving, hiking, and river trips.
