Most kids love the chance to be gross and disgusting. The opportunity to say or do something gross and revolting brings a freedom from kids' often boring and predictable routines. It's exhilarating to do something you wouldn't normally do—and not be punished for it!
Enjoy the gross and not-so-gross songs at home, while on vacation, around a cozy family campfire, or a not-so-cozy bonfire at the end of a day at summer camp! You'll be surprised how kids will laugh, groan, and sing along.
The gross and not-so-gross things to make are ideas of easy crafts to do at home or camp. These are perfect for a rainy day, that downtime during the afternoon. Most kids love skits and pranks and some very old classic sketches and practical jokes are included here that kids can do with very little rehearsal. The gross food section includes recipes that might tug at your stomach and will certainly get a reaction from kids of all ages.
Some of the games, activities, and recipes will need some adult supervision. Look for the "adult" symbol as indication. |
