Biography
- Ted Vickey, one of the nation's top fitness-management consultants, is the former executive director of the White House Athletic Center under the Bush, Clinton, and Bush administrations. He is president of FitWell, LLC, a fitness consulting company focused on corporate America and the golf industry. He is also the fitness contributor on Tee Time Radio (www.teetimeradio.com), which is heard around the world, a member of the Board of Directors for the American Council on Exercise—America’s Workout Watchdog—and founder of myfitnesscaddy.com, serving the fitness needs of golfers worldwide. He speaks at industry conferences on a wide range of fitness business topics, writes fitness and wellness articles, and has authored three books. Ted received his degree in exercise and sport science from Penn State and has been an ACE-certified Personal Trainer since 1992. Over his career, Ted has helped countless people achieve their goal of “better health through better fitness.”
