Biography
- Gretchen Vaughn (camp name: Banana) is a leadership coach and diversity consultant and the owner of Out of the Mountains, LLC. She has 15 years experience working with day, resident, non-profit, private, Girl Scout, and medical-specialty camps. She also volunteers for the ACA as a Standards accreditation visitor & instructor and as a member of the editorial advisory committee of Camping Magazine. In her coaching practice, Gretchen works with camp and youth-development professionals to amp up their leadership and communication skills and to find tailor-made solutions to the challenges they face.
